67.6% of federal subsidies were brought by regions to farmers

The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia conducts operational monitoring of bringing budget allocations for state support to the country's agro-industrial complex. The funds provided by the federal budget were transferred to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for a total amount of 124.0 billion rubles as of October 8, 2020. Of these, the regions brought 67.6% or 83.8 billion rubles to the final recipients.

In terms of bringing funds to farmers, the leaders are currently:

  • Nenets Autonomous Okrug (100%)
  • Kemerovo region (95.1%)
  • Republic of Mari El (94.5%)
  • Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (93.4%)
  • Sakhalin Region (93.2%)
  • Krasnoyarsk Territory (91.4%)
  • St. Petersburg (91.3%)

The lowest rates are observed in:

  • Republic of Ingushetia (26.8%)
  • Jewish Autonomous Region (31.1%)
  • Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (32.0%)
  • Arkhangelsk region (36.9%)

The issue of bringing state support to agricultural producers is under constant control of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. To ensure timely budgetary financing of farmers, the Ministry carries out operational work with the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and regional management bodies of the agro-industrial complex.
